What brand of T-shirts does PhantomHearse.com use?
Our unisex apparel is printed on Gildan 100% cotton tees.
How should I take care of my apparel?
The print is very delicate. PLEASE wash all garments inside out in COLD water and hang dry. If that is not an option, dry on low heat or hang dry to ensure maximum durability of the print.
What is PhantomHearse.com's Shipping Policy and turn around time?
Phantom Hearse Press items generally takes around 10+ business days to arrive since currently we make them to order in Tucson, Arizona. International items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive (or occasionally longer if there are issues with customs.) Larger international orders may be subject to higher fees. All orders ship with tracking and you will receive an email notification when your order goes out. Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address when ordering! If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you must pay to have it re-shipped. You cannot cancel an order after providing an incorrect address.
What is the Phantom Hearse Press Return/Exchange Policy?
Cancellations for full refunds must be made same business day. Since we make every item to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or change your mind. However, we can reprint the same design if you need a different size for the cost of printing plus cost of shipping. We will replace an item for free in the event we have made an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you have any issues, please contact us at PhantomHearsePress@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the defect and details about the product you would like re-printed.
